Her firsthand experience as a senior executive uniquely positions her to understand the complexity, responsibility, and isolation that can accompany high-stakes leadership.
Her clinical training includes specialization in neuropsychology at the Washington DC Veterans Affairs Medical Center, where she founded the Memory Disorders Clinic. She has also held faculty and leadership roles at institutions including Dartmouth College, the University of Oxford, and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her research on mindfulness, anxiety, depression, and suicidality has been published in Cortex, Nature Reviews Neuroscience, and other leading journals, and her work has been featured by the BBC, Scientific American Mind, and Newsweek.
Recognized as one of the BBC’s “Top 5 Women Shaking Up the Science World,” Dr. Kenna brings a rare combination of scientific rigor, clinical insight, and executive-level perspective to her work. Her therapy approach is collaborative, warm, and tailored to each individual’s goals—whether the focus is emotional clarity, leadership resilience, or navigating complex personal and professional transitions.
Her practice is intentionally limited in size to offer clients a confidential, high-touch experience with unmatched depth and care.
